We have a new Wednesday daytime class starting in April 2024. From Wednesday 17th April there will a midday mixed class 12 noon – 1pm. This class is gi and nogi depending on what everyone wants to work on, please come pepared for both. We have spare gi’s if you have just started at Subworx. See you all there.
